Para acessar o e-consular, use sua conta GOV.BR ou crie uma conta selecionando a opção equivalente abaixo.
Faça o login, selecione o serviço desejado e siga as instruções, informando os dados necessários e carregando fotos ou "scans" dos documentos exigidos. Você pode, a qualquer momento, salvar sua solicitação em andamento com o botão "SALVAR" e concluí-la depois.
Quando sua solicitação de serviço for concluída no e-consular, ela será analisada por um de nossos funcionários. Caso haja alguma pendência ou erro, você será notificado pelo sistema e poderá complementar sua solicitação.
Quando sua solicitação for aprovada, você também será notificado pelo sistema e poderá agendar dia e horário de sua preferência para vir à embaixada apresentar a documentação exigida.

Prazo de processamento dos serviços exclusivos a cidadãos brasileiros: sua solicitação no e-consular será analisada entre dois e cinco dias úteis. Seu serviço será processado e o respectivo documento emitido em até 5 dias úteis a contar do recebimento dos documentos na embaixada (por agendamento).

Welcome to the e-consular portal for the Brazilian Embassy in Tunis. With e-consular, you can apply for all consular services (including visas) online.
In order to use e-consular, you have to sign up for an account. If you have a "CPF" number (Brazilian taxpayer ID), click on the blue button below ("Enter with GOV.BR"). If you don't have a "CPF" number, you can sign up for an account with your email address by clicking the link below the button. You can also change the system language to English on the top right corner of this page.
After you sign up, you will be able to log in to e-consular, click on the consular service of your choice and find detailed instructions on how to apply. Read the instructions on e-consular carefully, follow the step-by-step prompts, fill out all required information, take pictures or upload scans of the required documents, and submit your application.
After you submit your application, it will be reviewed by our staff. If there is anything wrong or missing in your application, you will be notified by email and asked to correct or update it.
Once your application is approved, you will be prompted to schedule an appointment for in-person service. Therefore, DO NOT come to the embassy without an e-consular appointment.

Service processing times for visas and other services: your e-consular application will be reviewed in two to five business days. Your service will be processed and your document will be issued within 10 business days from receipt of your required documents at the embassy in person (by appointment).
